Hi! Why aren’t you posting anything on your blog?
Is it possible for you to tell me your SAT score? I took the SAT today!

I can’t believe it! How could you not get into prestigious universities????????
This is an outrage! If you didn’t get in with those GREAT scores, HOW IN THE EARTH am I going to get in?

If you have a girlfriend, you are probably more likely to get in than I was. Good luck!

If I have a girlfriend? Why? I had lots of girlfriends, but not currently.
(If I may digress, they were HOT!!!)

Your personality plays a much more important role than your test scores in determining how successful you will be. The admissions committees of prestigious universities obviously know this. Even still, if you don’t get in, that doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t succeed, of course.
I have a lot of very intelligent friends, most of whom got into at least one prestigious American university. Most of them have girlfriends. Whenever I wonder how it is that I alone among them failed to win admission, I also remember that I alone have had no success in relationships. Being weird is good — normal people are boring. Being too weird, however, makes life difficult.
